I purchased these upon a recommendation that they would come in handy after my C-Section. They are like a very soft and stretchy pantyhose type fabric that stretch easily over your postpartum belly and can hold a large maxipad, all the while not falling down.

They are SO comfortable! The price is a little higher than I expected but it’s well worth it. I bought these for use postpartum.

Mine did not come in any sort of hygienic container or even a plastic bag- just a pile of mesh panties in a cardboard box, which was a bit disconcerting.

I handwashed and dried each pair before use and they were as comfortable as hospital issue. These came in super handy after giving birth.

The hospital initially gave me some similar to these and were so comfortable. After giving birth I couldn’t wear anything tight or restricting down there.

Although the pad shifted inside these pants, the job was still done. I was able to rewash them a few times as well to get more use out of them.

I ordered these for my Mom she had some when she was in the hospital and loved them. I searched everywhere for them and decided this was what I was going to get.

When they arrived and I took them to her I found out instead of them being stitched up the side like the picture shows they stitched in the crotch.

My Mom is 90 years old and I thought I had found the same thing that she liked in the hospital. Should have sent them back but the package was opened so I didn’t figure I could.

I will be looking closer when I order things from now on.

These are amazing for postnatal care! The nurses at the hospital were impressed I already had my own! These wash perfectly to use again but I don’t feel guilty for not saving them all.

Only complaint – they start to fray after 2nd or 3rd wash Just like the hospital ones. I guess as advertised. I’m not sure why everyone recommended these for postpartum.

Underwear with a good period pad with wings was so much more comfortable even with a C-Section. These work as intended, are comfortable, and perfect for anyone who has or is expecting to give birth.
